This will give your prospect a reason to be receptive to your organization. The quote that I believe best sums up how we all would benefit in the sales arena in terms of a better approach to sales and specifically as it relates to handling objections is by Peter Drucker, world renowned for his thinking on business management, when he says:
“The quality in a product or service is not what you put into it, it’s what the customer gets out of it.”
Think about what’s in it for the customer, take what you’ve learned from your discovery and wrap your solution in terms of values and benefits that will uniquely help them – this is how you delight your customers.
This quote kind of captures the essence of a positive sales approach to handling objections because if we stop trying to overcome objections and instead work from a standpoint of the value for your potential customer then all of the other concerns tend to drift away.
